The Blessed Life (Part 1): Matthew 5:1-3

This Sunday we began our new series on the Sermon on the Mount. Jesus is the King and He will teach us what life looks like in His kingdom. The sermon begins with the most important question – are you in the kingdom? Jesus explains the way into the kingdom with the first sentence, “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”
